We'd rather you knew how a quote is put together than guessed.
Each module is a stage with its own price. Start with one or two and the first invoice is small.
A standard module costs less than one built from scratch for you.
A clean spreadsheet imports in an afternoon. Twelve years of paper takes longer.
Linking to software you already use is quoted separately, and only if it's worth doing.
If you want text reminders, they're charged at cost, a few pence each.
The number of staff. The number of sites. How often you use it.
Because a Hub for a six-person cleaning firm and one for a sixty-guard security company aren't the same job, and a number on a page would be wrong for one of them. After one conversation we'll give you a written price for the first stage and an estimate for the rest.
A short agreement covering what we'll build, what it costs, how your data is looked after, and what happens if either of us wants to stop. No long tie-in.
The Hub stops being hosted, and we send you all of your data in a format you can open. We'd rather you told us why, so we can fix it.
The build is already in stages, each paid as it goes live, so you never pay for something you haven't got yet.
